Ocanzo, operated by Ocanzo Technologies (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-33-0774676), is a digital marketplace for discovering and booking event venues. We provide a service, not physical goods — so there is nothing to ship.
This page explains how our service is delivered, in place of a traditional shipping policy.
1. What you receive
When you complete a Booking on Ocanzo, you receive:
- a booking confirmation with a unique booking number;
- a digital receipt for the amount paid;
- the venue’s confirmed address and contact details (shared after confirmation); and
- access to in-app messaging with the venue.
The service itself — the use of the booked venue for your event — is delivered by the Vendor at the venue, on the date and time of your confirmed Booking.
2. When and how it is delivered
- Confirmation is immediate for venues set to instant confirmation, as soon as your payment succeeds.
- For venues that require approval, confirmation is delivered as soon as the Vendor accepts your request, within the approval window shown at checkout (typically 24 hours). If the Vendor does not respond in time, the Booking is auto-declined and fully refunded.
- All confirmations, receipts, and updates are delivered electronically — inside the Ocanzo app and, where you have provided an email address, by email.
- There is no shipping, courier, or physical delivery involved, and therefore no delivery charge.
3. If you do not receive your confirmation
Confirmations appear in the app under My Bookings and are sent by email immediately. If you have paid but cannot see your confirmation within a few minutes, please:
- check your internet connection and refresh the My Bookings screen;
- check the email address linked to your account (including spam); and
- contact us at ocanzoapp@gmail.com with your registered phone number — we will locate your Booking and resolve it promptly.
If a payment is deducted but no Booking is created, the amount is automatically reversed by our payment partner, Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Because no goods are shipped, returns do not apply. Cancellations and refunds are governed entirely by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
